My career
Over the last 9 years, I’ve led and influenced customer experience (CX) programs to better manage brand health, improve user experiences, and drive financial ROI.
Here’s a snapshot of some brands I’ve influenced:

At Nintendo of America, I serve as the Digital Experience Manager within our Marketing division, and I’m focused on championing for consumer needs to create smiles. I do this by identifying opportunities for business growth, consumer engagement, platform development across the consumer journey – ensuring Nintendo fans across the world have their voices heard along the way.

Cobbler Mom
Cobbler Mom is a small-business, dessert shop located in Tulsa, Oklahoma - in the heart of the historic Black Wall Street. This business was founded and is ran by my mother, Joyce Horton. Over the last 7 years, I’ve served as her business partner and brand manager. It has been my pleasure and responsibility to lead the creative direction, digital sales, marketing, and communications operations of Cobbler Mom. At Cobbler Mom, we give people a taste of home through the power of love, food, and a smile.
We want you to have a taste of home.
