The Product Management Center is a global hub for knowledge, community, and impact. Alongside the rest of the UW PM Center Board, I’m focused on creating opportunities to connect with faculty experts, brilliant students, and successful product managers while developing a more diverse, inclusive and skilled PM community.

iUrban Teen is a nationally recognized program focused on bringing STEM+C+A education to youth of color ages 13 to 18. Youth receive hands-on exposure to a variety of careers that step them outside their current boundaries. I serve as a one of the Seattle chapter council members and lead iUrban Teen’s annual iPitch Competition; which challenges youth to unlock new levels of creativity and innovate towards business results and community impact.

Alongside a small core unit of dedicated employees, I also lead Nintendo of America’s Black employee resource group, B@ND, to support employee development, community outreach, and global business impact. I consistently champion for inclusivity to influence the conversations and efforts needed to make certain smiles are truly for everyone.
